How to treat lacquer joint pain

How to treat lacquer joint pain
As we age, we may start to have problems with our knees or other joints. The knee joints in particular are more susceptible to diseases such as rheumatic joint pain. Generally speaking, when we encounter knee pain, we don’t have many treatment options and can only use medication. So, how should you treat knee pain? Here are some medicines I recommend to you.

Most of the knee pain in middle-aged and elderly people is caused by primary osteoarthritis. In addition to being related to the aging of the joints themselves and joint overwork and wear, it is also closely related to factors such as insufficient knee activity, poor blood circulation, exposure to cold and dampness, and obesity. Therefore, it is generally not recommended to use large-scale medication or surgical treatment for knee pain in the elderly. If it is some primary pain, physical therapy or conservative treatment with external medication can be used. The following is a detailed introduction to how to treat it:

1. Although it is not recommended to take large amounts of medication or undergo surgery for knee joint pain in the elderly, they still need to go to a local regular hospital for relevant examinations, such as X-rays or MRIs, to find out the cause of the disease. If the pain is caused by lack of exercise and blood circulation problems, it is generally treated with local acupuncture or hot compresses.

2 If you need to take medicine to relieve pain, commonly used medicines include ibuprofen, Voltaren, Celebrex, etc. However, these drugs can easily irritate the gastrointestinal tract and cause complications, and can damage kidney function, so these drugs should be taken after meals and under the guidance of a doctor; you can also take vitamin B1, vitamin C, vitamin E, calcium supplements, etc.

3 You can also choose traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that this disease is caused by weak vital energy, exogenous cold and dampness, or trauma that leads to blood stasis, endogenous phlegm and dampness, which flow into muscles and joints. Under the guidance of a Chinese medicine physician, comprehensive treatment can be carried out using methods such as acupuncture and massage, Chinese medicine fumigation, Chinese medicine external application, Chinese medicine internal administration, and functional exercise.

Note:

Gua Sha is an effective method to relieve arthritis. Because the climate is warmer in autumn, the human body's yang energy is sufficient, the blood meridians are easy to unblock, the acupoints are easy to open, and arthritis symptoms will improve accordingly.
