Cultivation History

He carried dry food and searched for mature rice seeds in the rice fields. Six days passed in a row, and the exhausted Tian Yongtai gained nothing. At noon on the 7th day, Tian Yongtai was sitting on the bank of the pond in the last field to eat lunch. Just when he was almost completely disappointed, a bunch of yellow rice ears suddenly caught his sight. Tian Yongtai threw down his lunch box and held the 12 ears of ripe rice in his hands as if they were a life-saving straw. In 1970, Tian Yongtai used these rice ears to breed 7 kilograms of rice seeds, which he named "51·7". In 1973, "51.7" was widely promoted in Wuchang due to its good rice quality and high yield.
