2. Suffering from chronic pharyngitis, the throat is always itchy and dry, there is no phlegm but the cough will not stop, especially at night, it is simply impossible to fall asleep. Before going to bed, you can find a small piece of "Scrophularia" and hold it between your teeth or under your tongue. Leave it overnight and spit it out in the morning.

3. Take 10 walnuts, remove the hard shell but keep the skin, and take them twice a day, morning and evening. A course of treatment is 15 days. Walnuts have anti-inflammatory, lung-moistening, phlegm-resolving and cough-relieving effects. It can cure diseases such as sore throat and cough.

4. Use fire to singe the skins of 5 red dates, then pour in sugar water and drink. Take a proper amount of tea leaves, wrap them with gauze, and use boiling water to make strong tea juice. Then add a proper amount of honey and mix well. Rinse your mouth every 30 minutes, swallow it slowly, and use it for several times. These methods are effective in treating sore throat and pharyngitis.

5. Massage to treat pharyngitis. Massage method: After getting up early every day, apply 3 to 4 drops of essential oil on the palm of your left hand, and massage (clockwise) the throat area 20 to 30 times. After 2-3 months, the condition can be greatly improved and basically recovered after a year.

6. Pharyngitis causes sore throat, dry and itchy throat, and a foreign body sensation when swallowing. You can use tongue root exercises to achieve good therapeutic effects. That is: close your mouth, put the tip of your tongue against your teeth, rotate clockwise 18 times, counterclockwise 18 times, and then swallow the saliva in your mouth three times. Preparation method: 1 large white radish, 30 grams of honey, 5 white peppercorns, and 2 grams of ephedra.

Wash the radish, cut it into cubes, put it in a bowl, pour in honey, white pepper, ephedra, etc., steam it for half an hour, and drink it while it is hot. You will recover after lying in bed and sweating.

Fresh pear and Fritillaria

Preparation method: 500 grams of fresh pears, 6 grams of Fritillaria powder, and 30 grams of white sugar.

Peel the pear, split it in half, remove the core, fill it with ground Fritillaria and sugar, put it in a bowl and steam it until cooked. Eat in the morning and evening.

Applicable: Clearing away heat and resolving phlegm, dispersing stagnation and relieving exterior symptoms.

Rock Sugar Bird's Nest Porridge

Method: 10 grams of bird's nest, 100 grams of rice, 50 grams of rock sugar, wash the rice and put it into the pot.

Add three bowls of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat.

Put the soaked and purified bird's nest into a pot and boil it with rice for about 1 hour. Add rock sugar and let it melt.
