Causes of back pain, 4 reasons to know early

Back cold pain is mostly caused by catching a cold, chronic inflammation, or certain postures. The first thing to do when you have a back cold pain is to understand whether you have been injured or have done any intensive exercise. You can understand the causes of back cold pain through the following 4 points.

(I) Acute and chronic injuries

1. Acute injuries, such as spinal fractures, tears of ligaments, muscles, and joint capsules, acute intervertebral disc herniation, etc.

2. Chronic injuries, such as ligament inflammation, muscle strain, hyperplasia and degeneration of spinal bones and joints, spondylolisthesis, etc.

(II) Inflammatory lesions

Inflammatory lesions are divided into two types: bacterial inflammation and non-bacterial inflammation.

1. Bacterial inflammation

It can be divided into purulent and specific infections such as spinal tuberculosis. Purulent infection is common in intervertebral disc infection, epidural abscess, and vertebral osteomyelitis.

2. Non-bacterial inflammation

Rheumatic myofibrosarcoma, rheumatoid arthritis, transverse process syndrome of the third lumbar vertebra, ankylosing spondylitis, and condensing osteitis of the energy storage joints.

Such as intervertebral disc degeneration, degenerative osteoarthritis of facet joints, secondary spinal stenosis, senile osteoporosis, pseudosynostosis and spinal instability.

(III) Bone developmental abnormalities

Scoliosis, hemivertebra, nonunion of the vertebrae, kyphosis, lumbar vertebrae or lumbar cuboidization, spina bifida and hooked spinous process, horizontal cuboid bone, unequal length of lower limbs, and flat feet.

4. Poor posture

A big belly caused by long-term desk work or bending over, pregnancy, and obesity.
