Barley, red bean and brown sugar breast enhancement

3. Barley and red bean soup: 80 grams of red beans, 80 grams of barley, 80 grams of rock sugar, 3 grams of tangerine peel, 10 dates, and 1 piece of licorice. Soak the red beans and coix seeds for four hours in advance, then wash them and put them in the pot, add appropriate amount of water, then put the other ingredients in and boil over high heat. Then turn off the heat and cover and simmer for about 30 minutes. Then simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes.

Although coix seed is good, it is not suitable for everyone, especially women. Professor Chen Chaogang reminds that three types of women should avoid eating coix seed. "Coix seed is slightly cold, and people with weak constitution, pregnant women and women during menstruation should avoid eating it. In addition, the sugar contained in coix seed is highly viscous, and eating too much may hinder digestion. In addition, coix seed is just a health food after all, not a quick-acting medicine. Therefore, if you are sick, you should still see a doctor, and never take coix seed as medicine for treatment."
