Xuetuantong Injection is actually a Chinese medicine injection, which is suitable for the treatment of central retinal vein occlusion, anterior chamber hemorrhage, glaucoma, and sequelae of cerebrovascular disease. It can also be used to treat viral hepatitis. It also has the effects of blood stasis, dilating blood vessels, and improving blood circulation. Cerebral thrombosis is based on cerebral atherosclerosis and plaques. Under conditions of slow blood flow, high blood pressure builds up in the arterial intima to form a blood clot, which is called cerebral thrombosis. It is recommended to work with a doctor.

①Adverse reactions

1. Systemic damage: fever, chills, allergic reactions, anaphylactic shock, etc.;

2. Respiratory system damage: chest tightness, dyspnea, shortness of breath, asthma, laryngeal edema, etc.;

3. Damage to the skin and its appendages: rash, itching, exfoliative dermatitis, etc.;

4. Heart rate and rhythm disorders: palpitations, tachycardia, etc.;

5. Central and peripheral nervous system damage: dizziness, headache, convulsion, tremor, etc.;

6. Gastrointestinal system damage: nausea, vomiting, etc.;

7. Damage to the cardiovascular system: cyanosis, flushing, decreased blood pressure, increased blood pressure, etc.;

8. Other damages: hematuria, abnormal liver function, etc.

②Precautions

1. This product may cause anaphylactic shock. If an allergic reaction or other serious adverse reaction occurs after taking the medicine, the drug should be stopped immediately and appropriate treatment should be given. Patients with serious adverse reactions must be given epinephrine for emergency treatment immediately, and if necessary, oxygen inhalation, intravenous hormones, and treatment measures such as clearing the airway, including endotracheal intubation, should be adopted.

2. Use with caution in patients with bleeding tendency; pregnant women and women during menstruation; patients with allergic constitution, abnormal liver and kidney function, and patients using Chinese medicine injection for the first time should use with caution and strengthen monitoring.

3. This product should be used alone and is strictly prohibited from being mixed with other medicines. If it is necessary to use other drugs in combination, issues such as medication intervals and drug interactions should be carefully considered.

③Usage and dosage

Dissolve the drug with an appropriate amount of water for injection or sodium chloride injection before use.

1. Intravenous injection: 150 mg at a time, diluted with 30-40 ml of sodium chloride injection. 1 to 2 times a day, or as directed by your doctor.

2. Intravenous drip: 250-500 mg at a time, diluted with 250-500 ml of 5% or 10% glucose injection or sodium chloride injection. Once a day, or as directed by your doctor.
