What are the symptoms of heart qi stagnation?

In traditional Chinese medicine, stagnation of heart qi is a noun and also the name of a disease. Clinically, if a person suffers from such a disease, the body will often experience symptoms of chest tightness, which may be accompanied by fever. Especially for female friends, due to the influence of diseases, normal menstruation will become abnormal, and irregular menstruation is naturally a problem. So, what are the specific symptoms of heart qi stagnation?

Symptom 1: When it occurs, the patient often appears overly depressed, and female friends often experience headaches, irritability, and particularly unstable emotions, often being angry or sad, and they also experience abdominal distension, which directly affects the endocrine function of the body.

Symptom 2: When women experience stagnation of heart qi, it often affects normal menstruation. The main reason for normal menstruation is directly related to the liver's function of dispersing and discharging. If the liver qi is not comfortable, the patient will have too little menstrual volume and menstrual bleeding during the period.

Symptom three: When people feel depressed, they often find it difficult to fall asleep. The quality of sleep will be greatly affected and when female friends have liver qi stagnation, it will often cause the skin to be too rough and the complexion to be very dark and dusty. This will cause insomnia, dreaminess and being particularly prone to anger.

Precautions

What we talked about above are the symptoms of stagnation of heart qi. Therefore, female friends must pay attention to it and adjust their physical and mental health in daily life, and not always be too emotional.

Differential Diagnosis

The latter is often a further development of the former.

Women may experience breast pain, dysmenorrhea, and irregular menstruation. There may also be lesions such as plum pit qi, goiter, and abdominal mass.

3. Clinical symptoms of liver-fire ascending syndrome include dizziness, distending pain in the head, severe pain, flushed face and eyes, bitter and dry mouth, irritability, tinnitus, deafness, insomnia, or burning pain in the chest and flanks, dry stools and dark urine, vomiting blood, nosebleed, red tongue with yellow coating, and stringy and rapid pulse.
