There is no doubt that no matter what disease you have, you should seek treatment as soon as possible. Impetigo is a common skin disease, although it does not cause fatal harm. However, if it is not treated in time, it will still cause great trouble to the patient's life. There are many ways to treat impetigo, which can be mainly treated with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. So what drugs can be used for these treatments? What medicine should patients with impetigo take?

(2) External treatment:

Mix Ruyi Jinhuang Powder with herbal tea and apply to the affected area.

Boil 30g of Purslane and 30g of Sophora flavescens in water and apply to the affected area.

Apply Diandao San (equal parts of rhubarb and sulfur) lotion externally.

What are the precautions for life with impetigo

In life, if a child suffers from this disease, parents should help the child maintain a happy and good attitude. This disease tends to recur and sometimes spread further. Parents should help their children reduce psychological pressure and avoid negative emotions such as anxiety, fear, depression, and inferiority. In fact, relaxing, maintaining a stable mentality, and increasing confidence in overcoming the disease can help you recover faster. On the contrary, it will prolong the course of the disease.

At the same time, protein should also be supplemented appropriately. The children develop blisters all over their bodies, suffer from loss of tissue fluid, and have damage to the oral mucosa, which hinders their eating and reduces their protein intake. Therefore, children should eat more liquid or semi-liquid foods that are high in protein and vitamins, such as soy milk, milk, fruit, vegetable juice, etc., and avoid spicy and irritating foods.

In addition, pay attention to skin hygiene and take a shower and change clothes after sweating profusely. Do not use too much alkaline soap to avoid excessive fat removal and reduce the skin's barrier function. Apply prickly heat powder after bathing to keep your skin clean and dry. People who are bitten by mosquitoes or have eczema should avoid scratching. Wash your hands and cut your nails frequently, and avoid bad habits such as picking your nose.

In short, if you pay attention to these in life and do them seriously, then it will definitely be very beneficial for the treatment of impetigo, otherwise it will have adverse effects.
