Pelvic synovitis

Pelvic synovitis

Although everyone says that synovitis is prone to occur in the knee joint, it is also easy to cause synovitis in other joints of the human body. Since the human pelvis is also a relatively large joint tissue, there is synovial membrane distributed around the pelvis. Therefore, the pelvis can also cause pelvic synovitis, which has a great impact on a person's ability to move around in daily life. If you suffer from pelvic synovitis, what symptoms will appear in the human body?

1. Stage 1: Acute onset, the condition can last for 17 days: The child's symptoms are: pain in one hip joint, the pain is intermittent and worsens at night. A small number of children with this disease may experience knee pain, but there is no obvious limp when walking. When the doctor pressed deeply on the child's hip joint area, the child felt tenderness, and the pain was obvious when the hip joint was flexed and abducted.

2. Stage II: The condition in this stage can last for 8-40 days: Compared with stage I, the pain attacks in this stage last longer each time, and obvious limp can be seen when walking. During this period, physical examinations can reveal that the child's hip joint area is full and tender; the child's affected limb is different from normal limbs when flexed, abducted, and externally rotated, and there is a deformity, and the 4-word test is positive.

3. Stage III: The condition in this stage can last for 40 to 90 days. The pain in this stage is very severe and cannot be relieved even with rest. Children may have hip flexion, limp, or be afraid to move.

Through the above introduction, do you know what the symptoms of pelvic synovitis are? I hope the above content can help you. It is recommended that you should treat this disease in time if you find it in your daily life, so as to avoid serious impact on your life and work when the disease becomes serious.

Precautions

1. Avoid strenuous exercise

Long-term, excessive, and strenuous exercise or activity is one of the basic causes of synovial degeneration. Especially for weight-bearing joints (such as knee joints and hip joints), excessive movement increases the stress on the joint surface and intensifies wear. Long-term strenuous exercise can also cause excessive stress and traction on the bones and surrounding soft tissues, resulting in local soft tissue damage and uneven stress on the iliac bones, leading to bone hyperplasia.

2. Do some physical exercise

Avoiding long-term strenuous exercise does not mean inactivity. Proper physical exercise is one of the good ways to prevent bone hyperplasia. Because the nutrition of articular cartilage comes from synovial fluid, and synovial fluid can only enter through "squeezing"

Cartilage, promote the metabolism of cartilage. Appropriate exercise, especially joint exercise, can increase the pressure in the joint cavity, facilitate the penetration of synovial fluid into the cartilage, reduce the degenerative changes of articular cartilage, and thus reduce or prevent

Synovitis, especially proliferative and degenerative changes of articular cartilage.

3. Treat joint injuries promptly

Joint injuries include soft tissue injuries and bone injuries. Bone hyperplasia in joints is often directly related to intra-articular fractures. Due to incomplete fracture reduction, the articular cartilage surface becomes uneven, resulting in traumatic arthritis. For patients with intra-articular fractures, if they can receive timely treatment and anatomical reduction, the occurrence of traumatic arthritis and joint bone hyperplasia can be completely avoided.

4. Reduce Weight

Being overweight is one of the important causes of bone hyperplasia in the spine and joints. Excessive weight will accelerate the wear of articular cartilage, cause uneven pressure on the articular cartilage surface, and cause synovitis. Therefore, for overweight people, proper weight loss can prevent spinal and joint synovitis.
