Dietary considerations for patients with myelofibrosis:

1. Strengthen nutrition and supplement more protein and various vitamins.

2. You can eat more foods that nourish the kidneys and blood, such as walnuts. Red dates, peanuts, etc. It is suitable for patients with anemia, weakness and bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy.

3. Be careful not to eat too much fried, smoked, burnt, or jelly-made food.

4. Avoid irritating foods, allergic foods, and coarse and hard foods. Patients with gastrointestinal bleeding should fast. After the bleeding stops, they should be given cold or warm liquids, and then semi-liquid, soft food, or normal food.
