3. Improper cleaning causes pores to become clogged and bacterial infection to occur.

4. Ultraviolet rays and certain chemicals, etc. Certain chemical factors, ultraviolet radiation, etc. also play a role in the occurrence and development of acne.

5. If you are lacking sleep, overly tired, or mentally stressed, it will be helpful to get more sleep at this time.

6. The sebaceous glands secrete vigorously, and sebum accumulates in the pores, bulging and becoming acne.

7. Excessive secretion of androgen, the manifestations of which include: male puberty and female menstrual cycle.

This is the main cause of eyebrow acne. If this happens, Chinese medicine and essential oil care are needed. Although it is slow, Chinese herbal essential oils are useful.

8. The most obvious manifestation of internal disease or dysfunction is constipation. A major cause of constipation is excessive consumption of spicy, sour, greasy and other irritating foods and sweets. At this time, you should eat more foods that promote bowel movements.
