Figs can cure diarrhea. The method of "Figs for treating children's diarrhea" is very simple. Take a few fresh figs, wash and break them into pieces and put them into the pot. Add water and bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 30-45 minutes. No need to add anything (fresh figs are sweet in themselves). If you like it sweeter, you can add some rock sugar, but I personally don't think it is necessary. Allow to cool before serving.

Both sugar water and figs can be used. It is recommended to eat the cooked figs together. If the child cannot eat complementary foods yet, then forget it, because fresh figs contain a lot of pectin and vitamins.
