Foods that patients with urticaria cannot eat include: food protein, preservatives, condiments, color additives, etc., including fish, shrimp, crab, shellfish, chicken, duck, goose, beef, horse meat, dog meat, rabbit meat, bamboo shoots, garlic sprouts, spinach, eggplant, tomatoes, lemons, mangoes, plums, apricots, strawberries, fruit wine, wine, rice wine, white wine, etc., as well as eggs, milk, chocolate, cheese, etc.

Among the foods that urticaria patients cannot eat is beef, so it is better not to eat beef. Eat it after you’ve been cured.

Patients with urticaria should also pay attention to the following points:
