Nowadays, many people worry about the spread of their illness after contracting some diseases, especially diseases like hepatic vascular tumors. A study found that the chance of transmission of this disease is very small, almost non-existent, but patients need to receive certain treatments to avoid some problems. Hepatic hemangioma is not contagious. Those smaller than 30 mm do not require treatment. Be careful not to fall or do strenuous physical labor to prevent the hemangioma from rupturing and causing heavy bleeding. Those larger than 30 mm require surgical treatment. 1. Strengthen physical exercise and exercise for 1 hour every day. The heart rate during activity should not exceed 170 times the difference between the body and age, or the body should sweat slightly and not feel tired. The body should feel relaxed after exercise. Exercise at least 5 days a week and persist. 2. Quit smoking and limit alcohol consumption. Long-term smoking and alcohol abuse can interfere with blood lipid metabolism and increase blood lipids. 3. Avoid mental stress, emotional excitement, insomnia, overwork, irregular lifestyle, anxiety, and depression, as these factors can cause lipid metabolism disorders. Middle-aged and elderly people should not play mahjong or chess for a long time. They should keep calm and try to avoid getting angry. TCM treatment of hepatic hemangioma In the treatment of hepatic hemangioma, the main methods are to promote qi and soothe the liver, activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis, soften and disperse nodules. However, in the specific treatment, the emphasis on qi stagnation and blood stasis should be distinguished. If the main problem is blood stasis, the following medicines should be used: antelope bone, buffalo horn, bezoar, red peony root for clearing away heat, cooling blood and relieving pain; bupleurum, yellow peel kernel, white bell needle, etc. for regulating qi and relieving depression; salvia miltiorrhiza and safflower for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis; fried pangolin, soapberry thorn, and Sichuan pepper for softening and dispersing nodules and moving through the meridians. If the main problem is qi stagnation, use the following medicines: bupleurum, turmeric, phellodendron chinense, and white jade needle to promote qi and relieve depression; salvia miltiorrhiza, safflower, trillium, curcuma, and rhubarb to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis; stir-fried pangolin, soapberry thorn, and Sichuan pepper to soften and disperse nodules, unblock meridians and relieve pain. Combined with oral administration of "Bear Bile Pills" and "Danhuo Heat Therapy", the therapeutic effect will be better. The symptoms of abdominal masses are different from general symptoms of qi stagnation and blood stasis. They are often caused by long-term stagnation and cannot be cured by simply promoting qi and blood circulation. 【Bear Bile Pills Recipe】 Bear bile, pearl, seven-leaf lily, Panax notoginseng, bezoar, appropriate amount, roast dry, grind into fine powder and mix evenly, take one gram each time. Function: Open the orifices and relieve pain, promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis. Hepatic hemangioma (known in Chinese medicine as liver hemangioma) is a common benign liver tumor. Small ones may be asymptomatic, while large ones may cause symptoms such as loss of appetite, belching, and flank pain. Western medicine advocates surgical resection, radiotherapy, hepatic artery ligation, etc. for the treatment of this disease. Many patients are therefore afraid of surgery and seek treatment from traditional Chinese medicine. Many ancient Chinese medical books believe that abdominal masses are caused by internal injuries caused by the seven emotions, which lead to stagnation of liver qi, qi stagnation and blood stasis. The stagnation will develop into abdominal masses over time. Western medicine treatment of hepatic hemangioma Hepatic hemangioma develops slowly and has a good prognosis. Whether treatment is needed depends on the growth rate and clinical symptoms of the tumor, not the absolute size of the tumor. Most patients who have been diagnosed but are asymptomatic can be followed up as outpatients without requiring special treatment. There are many intervention methods for hepatic hemangioma, including surgery, interventional therapy, sclerosing agent injection, and laparoscopic hemangioma resection. |
