What to do if the nerves in your feet hurt

Because there are many meridians and acupoints in the feet, foot pain may actually indicate several problems in a certain part of the body. In particular, every nerve in the human body is basically connected. If the nerve pain in the foot is caused by other nerves in the body. Moreover, foot nerve pain can affect a person's ability to move, so what should we do about foot pain?

In fact, the neuralgia in the feet is caused by the increase of acid toxins in the body, which makes the blood more and more turbid. The feet are the place where the blood is the most turbid in the whole body, so the feet are also the place where blood flow is the most blocked. In this case, the cells do not get enough nutrition, resulting in a large number of cell death, which leads to foot nerve pain.

When this happens, there are some foods that cannot be eaten, such as some oil-pressed and pickled foods, some fast foods like hamburgers and cola, or some greasy and irritating foods. You must drink 3 liters of water every day and eat more vegetables. It is best to have green vegetables in every meal, and the vegetables you eat must contain less oil and salt. As long as you persist for a period of time, you will return to normal.

In addition to the dietary therapy for foot neuropathy introduced above, there are many other methods to help us treat foot neuralgia. Specific treatments include:

1. Raising your feet can help blood circulation.

2. Soaking in warm salt water can relieve nerve pain in the feet.

3. Rinse your feet alternately with cold and hot water.

4. Soak your feet in hot water with tea leaves, then follow the aforementioned method of alternating hot and cold water.

5. Massaging your feet with baby oil can help relieve foot nerve pain.

6. Wrap ice cubes in a towel and rub them on your feet and ankles to relieve inflammation.

7. Regular exercise of the feet and leg muscles can eliminate foot neuralgia.

8. Wear thick and shock-proof shoes to protect your feet from rough and hard asphalt roads.

9. Don’t wear high heels for too long and don’t wear them too high.
