What to do if your eyes itch during breastfeeding

1. What causes itchy eyes?

1. Dry eyes

The eyes are too dry and there is a noticeable foreign body sensation in the eyes. This symptom of dry eyes is often accompanied by dry mouth and tongue. Since there is too little water in the patient's eyes, the eyes will become itchy, dry, and have a noticeable burning sensation.

2. Overuse of eyes

Many people, especially young people, sit in front of the TV for a long time to watch TV series, sit in front of the computer for a long time to play games, and stare at the TV screen or computer screen for a long time, which causes serious vision fatigue and triggers itchy and dry eyes.

3. Eye allergies

If the patient's itchy eyes have obvious seasonality, but no obvious itchy eyes symptoms in other seasons. At the same time, if accompanied by symptoms such as itchy nose, clear nasal discharge, sneezing, etc., it is mostly itchy eyes caused by allergic conjunctivitis.

4. Eye pollution

Many women who love beauty often have symptoms of itchy eyes, which is mainly due to serious pollution of the eyes. Many female friends have the habit of wearing makeup. Drawing eyeliner and applying mascara may cause pollution to women's eyes and cause symptoms of itchy eyes.

5. Conjunctivitis

2. Banana

Bananas can protect your eyes, first of all because they are rich in potassium. Secondly, bananas contain a lot of beta-carotene. Therefore, when you overuse your eyes, eat a banana. This can increase nutrition through diet, improve eyesight, and can relieve symptoms such as dry, painful and itchy eyes to a certain extent.

3. Spinach and Pork Liver Soup

250 grams of pork liver, 200 grams of spinach, and 3 slices of ginger. Wash the pork liver, cut it into thin slices, soak it in clean water until the water is clear, and marinate it with appropriate amount of cornstarch, oil and salt for 10 minutes; pick up and wash the spinach, blanch it (to remove the astringency), then pick it up and cut it into sections; put appropriate amount of clean water and ginger slices into a pot and boil, add spinach and pork liver, and season with salt and chicken powder after it is cooked.
