Generally speaking, cold foods and hot foods are less likely to cause nausea. Because cold food has a lighter odor and does not irritate the gastric mucosa, pregnant women should try to avoid eating warm food when they are vomiting severely; pregnant women should try to stay quiet after eating, rest more and exercise less. Pregnant women should eat small meals frequently, avoid greasy food, and try to eat less condiments such as chili peppers to avoid excessive irritation to the stomach and intestines. During this period, the physical exertion of pregnant women should be reduced accordingly with the degree of nausea and vomiting, thereby alleviating the discomfort symptoms.

3. Pregnant women should try to avoid eating or smelling foods or smells that may make them feel nauseous. If a pregnant woman feels nauseous no matter what she eats, don't worry. 2. Pregnant women should go to the hospital and ask professional doctors to massage them. The massage technique should not be too heavy, and patting is prohibited, especially not stimulating the strong acupoints in the abdomen and lumbar sacral area, otherwise it may cause premature birth or miscarriage in the expectant mother.

3. We would also like to remind all pregnant women that they should prevent and relieve back pain in the late pregnancy, avoid lifting heavy objects, do not maintain a posture for a long time, and keep warm to avoid catching cold on the back. If the back pain cannot be relieved, you should go to the hospital for a detailed examination and then receive symptomatic treatment based on the cause.

Some pregnant women still like to get a massage after they become pregnant. It is fine as long as it is moderate. Some people also suffer from back pain.
