Method 1:

Ingredients: pork belly and fried tofu (two plates each)

Ingredients: cooking wine, dark soy sauce, sugar, star anise

3. After an hour, add oil and tofu to the meat and let it stand for another half an hour. Let the soup thicken a little.

Main ingredients : 250g fried tofu, 100g pork belly;

Accessories: oil, salt, cooking wine, sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, garlic leaves

3. Wash the pork belly, cut it into small pieces, and stir-fry slowly over low heat until the oil comes out.

5 Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, water, and simmer over low heat

6. Simmer for about 10 minutes, add garlic leaves

7. Cut the garlic leaves into pieces, add salt and serve.
