Seasoning: appropriate amounts of salt, chicken essence, cooking wine, and light soy sauce, appropriate amounts of water starch and cooking oil, a small amount of ginger slices, minced garlic, and green onion segments. Method: 1. Wash the carrots and cut into slices. Wash the fungus and cut into small pieces. 2. Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil, then add fungus, carrots and lilies and blanch them. 3. Heat oil in a pan, add sliced ​​ginger, minced garlic, and scallion segments, stir-fry until fragrant, pour in ingredients and cooking wine, stir-fry evenly, add light soy sauce, salt, and chicken essence to season, pour in water starch, and stir-fry quickly until evenly combined.

3: Ingredients for Poria cocos, walnut and lean meat soup: 15 grams of Poria cocos, 50 grams of walnut kernels, and 300 grams of lean pork. Seasoning: appropriate amounts of salt and chicken essence, a little cooking wine. Method: 1. Wash the lean pork, cut into dices and set aside. 2. Pour clean water into the casserole, bring to a boil, pour in Poria cocos, walnut kernels, and diced lean meat, mix well, pour in cooking wine, bring to a boil, and simmer on low heat for 1 hour until the ingredients are cooked through, add salt and chicken essence for seasoning, and stir until the ingredients are well-flavored. 3. After turning off the heat, pour the cooked soup into a bowl.

4: Hawthorn chrysanthemum tea ingredients: 90 grams of fresh hawthorn, 15 grams of dried chrysanthemum. Seasoning: appropriate amount of rock sugar. Method: 1. Wash the chrysanthemums and hawthorns, cut the pulp into small pieces and set aside. 2. Pour appropriate amount of water into the casserole, bring to a boil over high heat, pour in the washed dried chrysanthemum and hawthorn and stir evenly. After boiling, simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes until the ingredients are cooked. Add appropriate amount of rock sugar, turn to high heat, stir slightly for a while until the rock sugar is completely dissolved. 3. After turning off the heat, pour the cooked chrysanthemum tea into a soup bowl and drink it after it cools slightly.
