What should you do when you have bloating?

Drink some mint tea or citrus tea to relieve gas and bloating.

Do a simple exercise: lie flat on your back, bend your knees, wrap your arms around your calves, and try to bring your thighs close to your stomach. This action can effectively help expel gas and prevent gas accumulation in the stomach. You can do it every night before going to bed to protect your stomach and intestines.
