How many beats per minute is considered normal for the pulse? It's different for everyone.

Generally speaking, a human pulse rate between 60-100 is considered normal, but this number will change due to various factors, such as tension, anxiety, colds, exercise, etc., so don’t pay too much attention to a fixed value. As long as there are no other abnormalities, it means you are healthy.

Everyone is different! Men and women are different! It depends on the specific situation!

On the basis of a normal heart, the lower the heart rate, the better. The lower the heart rate, the stronger your heart is. Generally, you should measure your resting heart rate to be accurate. Resting heart rate measurement method: When you wake up in the morning, do not get up or move, and measure your pulse per minute. The heart rate at this time is the lowest in the day. People who exercise regularly have a lower resting heart rate. Athletes only have 40 or 50 beats per minute. I swim, exercise and run every day, so my lowest measurement is 48 beats per minute. My usual heart rate is about 60 beats per minute. Your heartbeat is normal.

Under normal circumstances, the beating of the heart causes rhythmic pulsation in the walls of arteries throughout the body, and this pulsation is called a pulse. A normal pulse rate is consistent with the heart rate, and the rhythm is even and the intervals are equal.

The pulse rate generally slows down with age, reaching 130 to 150 beats per minute for infants, 110 to 120 beats per minute for children, 60 to 100 beats per minute for adults, and as slow as 55 to 75 beats per minute for the elderly. A normal person's pulse may temporarily increase after exercise, after a meal, after drinking, or when they are nervous or excited, but the pulse will quickly return to normal levels. People who exercise regularly or athletes have a slower pulse than the average person. In addition, people carry out various activities during the day, which speeds up blood circulation, so the pulse is faster; when sleeping at night, blood circulation slows down, so the pulse is slower.

It is generally 75-90. It is longer for babies, shorter for the elderly, and also longer during exercise.
