Rib neuralgia

Rib neuralgia

Costal neuralgia is also called intercostal neuralgia. This type of intercostal neuralgia is a symptom of a serious disease. When such a disease occurs, the thoracic nerve roots in the body are severely damaged due to various reasons. For example, thoracic vertebra degeneration, thoracic vertebra tuberculosis, thoracic vertebra injury, etc. are all symptoms of the disease.

The so-called rib neuralgia actually refers to the intercostal nerves when it occurs. This disease actually occurs along the chest ribs. This disease is caused by the nerves that pass through the side abdomen from the back to the front of the chest. Intercostal neuralgia is actually an intense pain in a semi-circular shape along this nerve through the chest and abdomen.

Intercostal nerve pain may be caused by spinal disease or pleural adhesions, but there are other causes that are not yet understood. Other causes include liver disease. The cause of sudden, true intercostal neuralgia remains unknown, but the symptoms are well known. The pain may vary depending on the strength of your cough or breathing, and in severe cases may cause difficulty breathing. Generally, it is painful to breathe in but not to breathe out. However, it should be noted that it is sometimes mistaken for intercostal neuralgia, but in fact it is pleurisy or angina pectoris.

There are three characteristics of true intercostal neuralgia. The first is the side of the spine, the second is the armpit, and the third is the side of the chest. The pain is unbearable with just the slightest pressure.

In order to avoid the occurrence of diseases such as rib neuralgia, we must pay attention to the use of acupressure. Such methods are actually what we must do immediately to cure the disease within six months of onset. If the disease has been going on for several years, it can be cured quickly as long as we persevere. We need to understand this knowledge.
