It is best to rest in bed at the beginning, keep warm, add or remove clothes according to the weather, maintain a happy mood, don't be too anxious, and keep the respiratory tract open.

Pay attention to vital signs after lung surgery

Breathing training after lung surgery

You should take a slow and deep breath, pause for 1-2 seconds after inhaling, so that the alveoli can be filled to the maximum extent, the lungs can be expanded, and then exhale slowly. In addition, patients should be trained to urinate and defecate in bed before surgery.

Medication after lung surgery

If you take anticoagulant and blood-activating drugs such as Danshen, aspirin, warfarin, or Betaloc on a daily basis, you must report it to the bedside physician in a timely manner and stop taking the medicine or change the dosage before the operation.
