There are many types of diseases, and good methods are also needed to treat them. Different treatment methods have different uses, and the treatment methods are different according to the symptoms and causes of the disease. So what are the symptoms of iritis? Many people are not clear about this. Many people don’t know much about iritis and don’t know how to treat it. When iritis occurs, you should go to the hospital for examination in time so that you can have a good understanding of iritis. When treating it, you will also know what method to choose. However, when it comes to such a disease, the method cannot be chosen arbitrarily. Symptoms of iritis: Symptoms such as pain, photophobia, tearing and decreased vision are the main characteristics of this disease. The trigeminal nerve of the iris and ciliary body is not slightly stimulated by toxicity. The pain caused by the contraction of the ciliary muscle and the compression of the swollen tissue can be reflected to the brow arch and cheek. There is obvious tenderness in the ciliary body, and the pain worsens at night. In the acute phase, it is often accompanied by corneal inflammatory reaction and photophobia. Vision may suddenly decrease due to tears. This is because corneal edema, posterior corneal deposits and inflammatory exudates affect the entry of light, and the ciliary body undergoes reflex spasm due to inflammatory stimulation, causing pseudomyopia. In the late stage, it may be combined with macular edema and optic neuroretinitis. Signs (1) Ciliary congestion There is obvious ciliary congestion, and in severe cases, mixed congestion and conjunctival edema may also occur. (2) Posterior corneal deposits: Due to the temperature difference between the back of the cornea and the surface of the iris, the inflammatory cells and pigments adhere to the rough corneal endothelium after inflammation under the influence of centrifugal force and gravity caused by aqueous humor convection in the anterior chamber. This is called posterior corneal deposits. The deposits are mostly deposited in the lower center of the cornea in a triangular shape, with the tip facing the pupil area, with large particles at the bottom and small particles at the top. Through the above introduction, we have a good understanding of the symptoms of iritis. Therefore, when treating such a disease, we must choose the appropriate treatment method, which will be of great help in stabilizing the patient's disease. This is also something we should pay attention to. The common treatment method is medication, which is the best choice. |
