Liver function two and a half

Liver function two and a half

The two-pair-and-a-half test of liver function mainly shows some common symptoms in the past. The two-pair-and-a-half test of hepatitis B is mainly to determine whether one is infected with hepatitis B or is a preliminary test for some viruses. Therefore, it can mainly be used as an important reference indicator in daily life. You can try some things, but it cannot be a complete treatment. Generally, the stronger the DNA is when it is turned on, the more single-function all-in-one machines are needed to check the normal values of the liver function on the surface, as well as some qualitative and local tests.

In daily life, it mainly refers to surface antigens, surface antibodies and some antigen-antibody core antibodies. It has no reference value for infectious diseases and is mainly a reference indicator for treatment. Liver function refers to whether there is necrosis or inflammation on the flight.

1 (HBsAg-Hepatitis B virus surface antigen) is a sign of viral infection and does not reflect whether the virus has replicated, the degree of replication, or the degree of infectiousness.

2 (HBsAb-hepatitis B virus surface antibody) is a neutralizing antibody marker and the main indicator of recovery or resistance. For hepatitis B vaccine recipients, if only this test is positive, it should be considered a normal phenomenon after hepatitis B vaccination; people who rely on their own immunity to eliminate hepatitis B virus after being infected with hepatitis B virus will also produce hepatitis B surface antibodies in their bodies, which is a good phenomenon

3 (HBeAg-hepatitis B virus e antigen) is a marker of viral replication. If the positive result lasts for more than 3 months, it tends to become chronic.

4 (HBeAb-hepatitis B virus e antibody) is a sign that viral replication has stopped. The virus replication is reduced, and the infectiousness is weaker than that of HBV virus pattern diagram (2 pictures), but it is not completely non-infectious.

5 (HBcAb-Hepatitis B virus core antibody) is a sign that appears in people who have been infected or are currently infected. Core antibody IGM is a marker of recent infection or viral replication, and core antibody IgG is produced after infection and is of certain significance in assisting the two-pair-and-a-half test.

Hepatitis B pre-S1 antigen is another indicator of virus replication. After the human body is infected with hepatitis B virus, the earliest immune response is against the pre-S1 antigen. Since the pre-S1 antigen appears in the earliest stage of HBV infection, it can play a role in early diagnosis.

Since core antigen is not easy to detect in the blood and current test kits do not meet the standards, there are still two pairs of half-antigen antibodies left. This is what people often call the "hepatitis B two-pair-and-a-half" test, or the "hepatitis B five-item" test.

When people are infected with the hepatitis B virus, they should go to the hospital for diagnosis as soon as possible. They must undergo dynamic medical observation and seek help from professional doctors to jointly develop reasonable, appropriate and regular treatment measures. Patients must not take medicine randomly on their own to avoid delaying the disease and making it worse.

The above are the two pairs and a half of liver function, some major examinations. So in daily life, if you have been infected for a long time, you must check and treat it in time. Is it an indicator? It is also very critical for the treatment of some other diseases of liver function. It is very critical. If you are infected with hepatitis B, you must go to the hospital for treatment or examination in time.
