Maybe because of genetics, my stomach has been in bad condition since I was a child. I remember that since elementary school, my stomach would hurt whenever it was cloudy or rainy. Because I was young at that time, I would cry every time I had stomachache. Whenever I have a stomachache, my mother will make me a cup of hot brown sugar water. After drinking it, the pain will go away.

1. Keep warm and maintain health. After the cool autumn, the temperature difference between day and night changes greatly. People with chronic gastritis should pay special attention to keeping the stomach warm, add clothes in time, and cover themselves with quilts when sleeping at night to prevent the abdomen from catching cold and causing stomach pain or aggravating old illness.

2. Keep calm and rest. Experts believe that the occurrence and development of stomach diseases, duodenal ulcers and other diseases are closely related to people's emotions and mentality. Therefore, we should pay attention to mental hygiene, maintain a happy spirit and stable emotions, and avoid the stimulation of negative emotions such as tension, anxiety, and anger. At the same time, pay attention to the combination of work and rest to prevent excessive fatigue from affecting the recovery of stomach problems.

3. Exercise and health care. Patients with gastrointestinal problems should, based on their own physical signs, strengthen moderate exercise to improve the body's disease resistance, reduce the recurrence of the disease, and promote physical and mental health.

1. Diet adjustment. The autumn diet for patients with stomach problems should be warm, soft, light, vegetarian and fresh. They should eat at regular times and in fixed quantities, with small meals and frequent meals, so that there is always food and gastric acid in the stomach to neutralize each other, thereby preventing erosion of the gastric mucosa and ulcer surface and worsening of the condition.

2. Avoid dietary maintenance. Patients with stomach problems should pay attention to their diet and avoid eating food that is too cold, too hot, too hard, too spicy, or too sticky. They should also avoid overeating and quit smoking and drinking. In addition, you should pay attention to the method of taking the medicine. It is best to take it after meals to prevent irritation of the gastric mucosa and worsening of the condition.

Because I had a bad stomach, when I was in college, every time my mother called me, the first thing she would ask me was: How is your stomach? Does it still hurt? At that time, perhaps because I had never been used to being treated delicately since childhood, I did not like my mother's way of beginning a conversation with me in such a delicate manner. Every time, I would answer: It’s no big deal. In fact, in my heart, I wanted to ask back countless times: Are you okay?
