Chronic hepatitis B

Chronic hepatitis B

Chronic hepatitis B is also a common hepatitis B virus. The virus has been tested positive for more than half a year or is unclear. At the same time, what you said is mainly accompanied by the manifestations of chronic hepatitis. The main manifestations are nausea, abdominal distension, pain in the liver area, and some middle pain. It is also relatively common in daily life. The cause of its formation is also, there are certain reasons, so in daily life it is mainly autoimmune hepatitis.

As well as primary liver cirrhosis and some other conditions, so his diagnosis and treatment in daily life are also relatively critical. Clinically stable patients may relapse, so in daily life it is mainly based on some other types of hepatitis.

Clinical features: It is rare for acute hepatitis B to become chronic hepatitis B, and the acute phase of chronic hepatitis is often mild. Acute hepatitis B, which develops rapidly, rarely becomes chronic; survivors of fulminant hepatitis B almost always recover completely. Very few cases of chronic hepatitis B are transformed from acute hepatitis B; the vast majority develop from chronic asymptomatic HBsAg carriers (AsC). In this regard, chronic asymptomatic carriers can be considered the "latent period" of chronic hepatitis B; but there are also so-called primary chronic hepatitis B, in which the onset of the disease is the manifestation of chronic hepatitis B.

The manifestations of HBV infection vary throughout the world. In my country, most infections occur in infancy and childhood, leading to immune tolerance, long-term viremia and mild lesions.

Clinically stable patients may also have relapses and exacerbations, which are often associated with HBe seroconversion and viral clearance.

Chronic hepatitis B often appears "silent", and the clinical manifestations do not usually correspond to the severity of the disease. Even if decompensated chronic liver disease has developed, there is often no history of acute attacks.

The above are the common symptoms of chronic hepatitis. In general, chronic patients will have some infectious symptoms. The care and diagnosis of chronic hepatitis in daily life are also critical. In daily life, we should pay attention to supplement more anti-cancer substances or cystitis. We feel that some other types of substances are different, so we must take them in time in daily life.
