When it comes to the time to get rabies vaccine, of course the earlier the better the effect and the greater the possibility of being protected. What if it exceeds 24 hours? Don't worry, the doctor will recommend you to double the dose when injecting the first shot, which is 2 in 1. One injection is actually two doses. So no matter how long it has been since you were bitten by an animal, as long as you have not shown any early signs of rabies, get the shot right away. Don't think you can stop injecting after 24 hours. Remember that once rabies breaks out, the mortality rate is 100%.
