In severe poisoning, the medulla oblongata is paralyzed, the myocardium and respiratory muscles are inhibited, and death may occur due to respiratory paralysis, suffocation, heart failure, or ventricular fibrillation. It can be divided into mild, moderate and severe poisoning.
