This is a skin disease that hides in the epidermis of human skin. It is a contagious skin disease. It would be even worse if it is accidentally transmitted to your family and friends. We know that there are many types of skin diseases. Generally, skin diseases are likely to be contagious. So when you find some red papules or blisters on your skin, you must go to the hospital for examination in time, otherwise it will be too late when the situation becomes serious. This skin disease also has many symptoms. Generally speaking, the treatment of skin diseases requires a long-term and effective treatment process. If the medication is suddenly stopped or the treatment is not adhered to, it will recur. Therefore, patients must insist on using medications when treating skin diseases, otherwise it would be very painful to face the recurrence of the disease. 1. General treatment The main treatment is external scabies-killing preparations. All patients who occur in groups or are family members should be treated at the same time. The treatment procedure is as follows: Before applying the medicine, it is best to take a bath with hot water and soap. When applying the medicine, the medicine should be applied all over the body from below the neck. The areas where the rash is concentrated should be applied repeatedly and rubbed with pressure. Take a bath with hot water and soap at the end of the treatment. Change clothes and bedding promptly, and boil them in water to disinfect them or wash them and dry them in the sun. 2. Medication (1) Commonly used anti-scabies topical drugs: ① 10% sulfur (5% sulfur for children), 3% salicylic acid ointment. ②1% γ-666 emulsion or ointment, pay attention to neurotoxicity. ③10%-25% benzyl benzoate lotion or emulsion. ④For external use, use silanol cream. ⑤ Apply 40% sodium thiosulfate solution and 4% dilute hydrochloric acid solution twice first, then apply the latter twice after it dries. Take once in the morning and evening every day for 3 to 4 days. ⑥ Apply 10% crotamiton emulsion or ointment once in the morning and evening for 3 consecutive days. After the above-mentioned topical medication treatment, the patient should be observed for 2 weeks. If no new skin lesions appear, the patient can be considered cured. Because scabies eggs will develop into adults after 7-10 days. If there is no new rash after recovery but the itching continues, apply compound calamine lotion externally. (2) Treatment of scabies nodules: ① Apply tar gel every night for 2 to 3 weeks. ②Intralesional injection of glucocorticoids (triamcinolone acetonide). ③Apply triamcinolone acetonide and neomycin ointment topically. ④ Cryotherapy. (3) For patients with severe itching, antihistamines may be used as appropriate, and antibiotics may be added for patients with secondary infection. Pay attention to personal hygiene, the "three diligences": take a bath frequently, change clothes frequently, and dry clothes and quilts frequently. Do not live with or shake hands with the patient, and do not put your clothes together with the patient. If a patient is found, seek prompt treatment. Clothes that have been taken off should be boiled to kill the insects. If the clothes cannot be boiled, wrap them in plastic bags for one week and then wash them after the scabies mites have starved to death. The above is the best treatment for this disease. Because there are many patients like this around us, we must also take relevant preventive measures in our own living environment to prevent ourselves from suffering from some skin diseases. Change your clothes frequently, pay attention to your personal hygiene, and eliminate the possibility of disease. |
