Diarrhea and bloody stool

Diarrhea and bloody stool

Some women are always keen on losing weight, and then they frantically buy a lot of diet pills. There is a common phenomenon after taking the diet pills, that is, diarrhea. Some people choose diet pills or slimming teas, just to make the buyers constantly eliminate waste from the body through diarrhea, and then achieve the effect of fat reduction through diarrhea. This hassle-free and convenient method has been sought after by many women.

However, some manufacturers are unscrupulous merchants who sell inferior products as good ones, using bad slimming teas or slimming pills to fill the gaps. After consumers buy the products home, they will suffer from diarrhea constantly, and some people will even have diarrhea and bleeding. If this happens, consumers should go to the hospital for treatment immediately. Blood discharged from the anus or blood in stool is called hematochezia or bloody stool. Blood in the stool is a manifestation of gastrointestinal bleeding. There are many reasons for bloody stools, and all diseases that cause vomiting blood can cause bloody stools. Lower gastrointestinal diseases, such as bacillary dysentery, amyloid dysentery, ulcerative colitis, intestinal tuberculosis, colon and rectal polyps or cancer, hemorrhoids, anal fissures, etc. can all cause bloody stools, among which hemorrhoidal bleeding is the most common. The color of blood in the stool varies depending on the location of bleeding. Upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by gastric and duodenal ulcers often causes tarry or black blood in the stool; lower gastrointestinal bleeding often causes dark or bright red blood in the stool.
