Acupuncture points on the back of the neck

There are many acupoints on the back of the neck, so people can massage their necks frequently, which can prevent too many disease symptoms in their necks. Most people will massage the Baihui acupoint, which is a very common acupoint. If you often feel neck pain, or symptoms of dizziness and blurred vision appear, you must find a way to treat it.

Baihui acupoint location[2]: at the intersection of the midline of the top of the head and the line connecting the tips of the two ears.

Meridian: It is the meeting point of the hand and foot three yang meridians and the Du meridian. If hit, the person will fall dizzy and lose consciousness.

Massage Techniques

There are four ways to massage Baihui acupoint: 1. Massage method: Sit upright before going to bed, rub Baihui acupoint back and forth with your palms and fingers until it becomes warm, 108 times each time. 2. Tapping method: Use your right hollow palm to gently tap the Baihui point, 108 times each time. 3. Mind-concentrating method: Close your eyes slightly, relax your whole body, focus your mind on the Baihui point and hold it there. It is effective if the point starts to beat and feel warm. This method should last about 10 minutes. 4. Qi gathering method: You can do this while standing or sitting, relax your whole body, imagine that your Baihui acupoint is opened, and the true energy of the universe and the fresh air of the sun continuously enter your body through Baihui acupoint. This takes about 10 minutes.

Shenting Point

Location: 5% of the hairline at the front of the head.

Meridian: It is the meeting point of the Du meridian, the Du meridian and the Foot-Taiyang Bladder meridian. After being hit, I felt dizzy and my head was swollen.

Temple

Location: About one inch back between the tip of the eyebrow and the outer corner of the eye.

Meridian: Extraordinary point. Pressing this point will cause dizziness, dark vision and tinnitus.

Ear Gate Point

Location: In front of the notch on the tragus, in the depression when the mouth is open.

Meridian: It is the hand Shaoyang Sanjiao meridian. After being hit, he fell to the ground with tinnitus and dizziness.

Jingming Point

Location: 0.1 inch above the inner canthus of the eye.

Meridian: It is the Foot-Taiyang Bladder Meridian. It is the meeting point of the five meridians: the hand and foot Taiyang, foot Yangming, Yangqiao and Yinqiao. After being hit, he felt dizzy and fell to the ground.

Ren Zhong acupoint

Location: Slightly above the philtrum (2/3 of the distance from the bottom edge of the philtrum)

Meridian: Belongs to the Du meridian, which is the meeting point of the hand Yangming, foot Yangming and Du meridians. I felt dizzy and nauseous after being hit.

Yamen acupoint

Location: On the top posterior midline, in the depression between the first and second cervical spinous processes (in the depression of the posterior hairline)

Meridian: It is the meeting point of the Du meridian and the Yangwei meridian. When pressed, it will impact the medullary center, causing loss of voice, dizziness, and falling unconscious.

Fengchi Point

Location: Between the depression directly below the occipital protuberance and the mastoid process, and between the trapezius muscle and the sternocleidomastoid muscle.

Meridian: The foot Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian is the meeting point of the hand and foot Shaoyang Yinwei meridians. After being hit, the medulla oblongata center is impacted and the person becomes unconscious.

Renying Point

Location: 1.5 inches away from the Adam's apple

Meridian: Stomach Meridian of Foot Yangming. After being pressed, it will cause qi stagnation, blood stasis and dizziness.
