⑵Indomethacin: an indoleacetic acid derivative with anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and analgesic effects. Patients who cannot tolerate aspirin can use this drug instead. The usual dose is 25 mg 2 to 3 times a day. Side effects are more likely to occur when taking more than 100 mg per day. Side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, gastric ulcers, headache, dizziness, depression, etc.
