3. Don’t eat cold food during menstruation

Although this saves a lot of time, do you know that cold rice is difficult to digest in the stomach? Cold rice can also easily cause stomach pain, and you will regret it then.

4. Do not do strenuous exercise during menstruation:

Don't exercise during menstruation, let alone run, but you can go out for a walk. Don't run, because strenuous exercise will not only cause poor excretion in the body, but also have adverse effects on the human body. Therefore, don't do strenuous exercise during menstruation.

5. Remember to supplement nutrition during menstruation

6. Do not have sex during menstruation
