What is influenza A

What is influenza A

Influenza A is actually a type of influenza, and it is contagious. If you often come into contact with poultry, the infection rate of this disease will increase, which will seriously affect our physical health. If you do not receive timely treatment, it may even pose a threat to your life. Therefore, in the face of this situation, I hope that everyone can pay more attention to it in their lives and try to reduce the occurrence of this influenza.

If you want to better resist influenza and prevent the harm of these diseases, you need to pay more attention to your physical health in daily life. When you encounter a disease, you must not panic, but should actively go to the hospital for examination and treatment and accept the doctor's advice.

An infectious disease, influenza A (H1N1), is also known as influenza A (H1N1), formerly known as human swine flu.

On April 30, 2009, the World Health Organization, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and the World Organization for Animal Health announced that they had unanimously agreed to use influenza A(H1N1) to refer to the epidemic at the time and would no longer use the term "swine flu." H1N1 refers to the glycoprotein on the surface of the virus. H stands for hemagglutinin, which has 1-15 types, and N stands for neuraminidase, which has 1-9 types. Both H and N of the "swine flu" virus are type 1, so it is called H1N1.

Chinese health authorities have since renamed the original human swine flu to influenza A (H1N1). On April 30, 2009, the Ministry of Health of China issued Announcement No. 8 of 2009, which clearly included influenza A (H1N1) (formerly known as human swine flu) as a Class B infectious disease under the Infectious Disease Prevention and Control Law, and adopted prevention and control measures for Class A infectious diseases. The infectious diseases managed by the Infectious Disease Prevention and Control Law are divided into Class A, Class B and Class C. Among them, Category A is the most contagious infectious disease with serious consequences, and the categories decrease in order. Category A infectious diseases include plague and cholera. Class B infectious diseases include more than 20 types such as infectious atypical pneumonia, AIDS, viral hepatitis, etc.; Class C infectious diseases include more than 10 types such as influenza, hand, foot and mouth disease, etc.

In fact, influenza A is a relatively serious infectious disease. Its contagiousness makes people feel very scared in life. So I hope that after understanding these introductions, everyone can pay more attention to prevention in daily life, so as to effectively reduce the harm caused by influenza A.
