3. Diffuse punctate corneal epithelial detachment and fluorescein staining;

4Swallow preauricular or submandibular lymph nodes.

Treatment principles

1. Apply antiviral eye drops topically and antiviral drugs systemically.

2. Apply antibiotic eye drops topically to prevent and treat secondary bacterial infection.

3. Topically apply drugs to promote corneal epithelial repair and take various vitamins orally.

Medication principles

1. In the acute phase, two antiviral eye drops should be used alternately and antibiotic eye drops should be used in combination.

2. Take 1-2 antiviral drugs orally.

3. After the inflammation is controlled, add Corneal Ning eye drops, Su Gaoci therapeutic eye ointment, and oral multivitamins to promote the repair of the corneal epithelium.

4. Interferon may be considered for severe cases.

5. This disease is highly contagious, mainly through contact transmission, so be careful to avoid it.
