1. Symptoms:

2. Physical signs: Percussion pain and compression pain in the bones of the affected area increase. In anemia, the lips, conjunctiva and face become pale. When there is a bleeding tendency, painful spots may appear on the skin, or blood blisters may appear on the tongue or oral mucosa.

2. X-ray examination of bones: ① Extensive osteoporosis. ② Focal osteolytic lesions ③ Pathological fractures. Osteolytic lesions are common in the skull, pelvis, spine, ribs, long bones of the femur, and proximal humerus. It often appears as multiple round or oval perforated defects of varying sizes with clear edges and no new bone formation around them. The most typical pathological fracture is the compression fracture of the spine.

3. Immunological examination: The corresponding monoclonal immunoglobulins, IgG, IgA, IgM, IgD, and IgE are elevated.
