Rheumatic myofibrosarcoma

Rheumatic myofibrosarcoma

Rheumatic myofibrosarcoma is a common disease, but the treatment method is not very clear. If you have related diseases, you must go to the endocrinology department of the hospital for diagnosis and treatment in time, and have a certain understanding of the development of the disease, so that you can treat rheumatic myofibrosarcoma in a targeted manner. In daily life, we should pay attention to keeping warm and avoid overwork. So, what is the cause of rheumatic myofibrosarcoma?

1. Causes and Predisposing Factors

1. Injury

It can be caused by either a major or minor injury. If you get injured during sports or work, your muscles, fascia tissue, bones, and joints may suffer acute damage. The tissues may gradually become fibrotic and the scars may contract, causing widespread pain.

2. Cold and wet

Most people suffer from the disease in winter or spring. If you sleep on a damp, cold floor at night, you may experience back pain in the morning.

3. Infection

Certain viral infections, such as influenza and measles, can cause pain in the waist and legs.

4. Mental stress

Pain makes patients nervous, which increases muscle tension and even causes spasm, creating a pain-spasm-pain cycle, forming a vicious cycle and aggravating the pain.

5. Related to rheumatism

Rheumatic patients experience low back pain after rheumatic fever, and fibrosis is also present in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.

2. Clinical manifestations

1. Symptoms

The main symptoms are diffuse dull pain in the lower back, especially in the psoas muscles on both sides and above the iliac crest. Lower back pain, coldness, skin numbness, muscle cramps and movement disorders. The pain occurs in the morning, is mild during the day, and becomes severe in the evening. Long-term inactivity or excessive activity can induce pain. The disease has a long course and is triggered by fatigue and climatic changes.

2. Physical signs

During physical examination, there is an obvious localized tenderness point in the affected area, and touching this point can cause pain and radiation. The pain disappeared after injection of procaine into the painful area.

Treatment

1. General treatment

Eliminate the cause of the disease, keep warm, apply local hot compresses, and prevent cold. Pay attention to rest during the acute phase.

2. Medication

Anti-inflammatory analgesics (such as indomethacin, ibuprofen, and fenbid. The use of corticosteroids should be strictly controlled) and vitamins (vitamin E and B1 have certain therapeutic effects on primary myofasciitis). The use of traditional Chinese medicine has a very good effect.

3. Blockade therapy

4-15ml of 2% probulin, 25mg of fortified bromocriptine, and block the painful areas. Once a week, 3 to 5 times as a course of treatment. The treatment can be continued for 3 to 4 times, and most cases can be cured.

4. Traditional Chinese Medicine

Traditional Chinese medicine is combined with hot compress, massage and other methods for treatment, with stable and ideal therapeutic effects and no recurrence.

5. Others

Physiotherapy, massage therapy.

4. Prevention

In daily life, protection and prevention should be the main focus, and treatment should choose methods that completely eradicate the disease to prevent recurrence. Effective treatment methods combined with physical therapy and massage can enable patients to quickly return to normal life. Pay attention to keeping warm on a daily basis, apply local hot compresses, and prevent catching cold. Pay attention to rest during the acute phase.
