Varicella is a disease with a very high incidence rate. Most cases of this disease occur in early childhood. It is a common skin disease. When a child develops chickenpox, it usually takes two to three weeks for some symptoms to appear, indicating that this skin disease has a certain incubation period. Chickenpox can cause great harm to children's health and image, so we must improve this situation in a timely manner.

In this era of continuous technological advancement, chickenpox is no longer a difficult disease, and it is not difficult to cure chickenpox. There are many methods to treat chickenpox, including some dietary methods, which are not only very convenient, but also have obvious effects.

1. Mung bean, barley and kelp soup

Ingredients: 100g mung bean, 50g kelp, 30g coix seed

Seasoning: 10g rock sugar

Method: 1. Soak the mung beans for a day, then gently rub them with your palms to peel them. Wash the kelp and cut into shreds; wash the coix seeds and set aside. 2. Put the peeled mung beans into a pressure cooker, add appropriate amount of water (about 2 times the amount of mung bean paste), and cook for about 20 minutes to make it into bean paste. 3. Put the pot on the fire, add the cooked mung bean paste, kelp shreds, coix seeds and appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat first, then simmer over low heat until well cooked, add rock sugar and serve.

Efficacy: Clears away heat, detoxifies, relieves summer heat and promotes diuresis.

2. Carrot and Coriander Soup

Wash and chop 60 grams each of carrots and coriander, add water and cook until soft, then add rock sugar and drink. Take 1 dose daily, divided into 3 doses, for one week. Infants only need to take the soup.

3. Honeysuckle and Sugarcane Tea

10 grams of honeysuckle and 100 ml of sugarcane juice. Boil honeysuckle in water until reduced to 100 ml, add sugarcane juice and drink instead of tea. It can be taken frequently. Take 1 dose per day, 7 to 10 days as a course of treatment.
