Medicinal wine for treating rheumatism

These medicinal liquors include Three Snake Wine, Feng Liaoxing Medicinal Wine, Dehumidifying Wine, Tiger Bone Papaya Wine, and Papaya and Achyranthes Bidentata Wine. (1) Three Snake Wine

Drug composition: 1500g of black-necked snake, 200g of large white flower snake, 100g of pit viper, 500g of raw earth, 5000g of rock sugar, and 100kg of white wine. Chop off the heads of the three kinds of snakes, wash with wine, cut into short sections and dry, heat and melt rock sugar for later use. Pour the liquor into the jar. Pour the three snakes and raw earth directly into the wine, cover it tightly, stir it once a day, open the jar and filter it after 10 to 15 days, and then add rock sugar.

Efficacy: dispel wind and dampness, warm the meridians and dispel cold, dredge meridians and relieve pain. Indications: Wind-cold-dampness arthralgia.

Usage: 5ml each time, 3 times a day.

(2) Feng Liao Xing Medicinal Wine

Ingredients: Qianghuo, Weilingxian, Acanthopanax Cortex, Dinggongteng, Cassia Twig, Duhuo, Artemisia Annua, Ephedra, Angelica Dahurica, Fennel, Angelica Sinensis, Ligusticum chuanxiong, Gardenia, Stephania Tetrandra, and white wine. Efficacy: dispel wind and cold, promote blood circulation and dredge meridians.

Indications: Suitable for rheumatism and arthralgia syndrome.

Usage: 10ml each time, once a day.

(3) Dehumidifying wine

Ingredients: 12g each of tiger bone (substituted by leopard bone), Stephania tetrandra, Poria, Eucommia bark, pine knot, Gentiana macrophylla, Cibotium barometz, and Solanum root, 9g each of Dipsacus asper and Lycopodiella cuneata, 6g each of Angelica dahurica and Bombyx batryticatus, 12g each of papaya, wolfberry, Xanthium sibiricum, and Herba Lycopodii, 15g of mulberry branch, and 12g of Achyranthes bidentata. Soak the above medicines in 2500g of grain wine and it will be ready after 5 days.

Efficacy: dispel wind and cold, remove dampness and dredge meridians. Indications: Wind-cold-dampness arthralgia.

Usage: Oral, 10ml each time, once a day.

(4) Tiger Bone Papaya Wine

Ingredients: 50g each of processed tiger bone (leopard bone can be used as substitute), angelica, chuanxiong, dipsacus, acanthopanax bark, cyathula, gastrodia, safflower, and white eggplant root, 200g of mulberry branch, 25g each of gentiana macrophylla and saposhnikovia divaricata, and 150g of papaya. Grind the above medicines into coarse powder, put it in silk, soak it in 10kg of good kaoliang wine for 7 days, filter out the residue, and add 1kg of rock sugar after it has clarified.

Efficacy: dispel cold and wind, remove dampness and dredge meridians, activate blood stasis and relieve pain. Indications: Wind-cold-dampness arthralgia.

Usage: Drink as needed.

(5) Papaya and Achyranthes bidentata wine

Drug composition: 120g papaya, 60g Achyranthes bidentata, 60g Viscum album. Soak the above medicines in 500ml of Daqu wine for 7 days.

Efficacy: Promote blood circulation, remove blood stasis, dredge meridians and relieve pain. Indications: Rheumatoid arthritis caused by blood stasis.
