1. Eating habits: British psychologists recently pointed out that people who are overly particular about the food they eat or who deliberately diet may not be as energetic or have as strong a sexual desire as those who eat casually. At the same time, due to their lower sexual desire, they often find it difficult to control their diet and eat too much, which aggravates their low sexual desire and forms a vicious circle.

2. Tobacco and alcohol: Most people who drink small amounts of alcohol (blood alcohol content 20 mg per 100 ml) will experience euphoria, become active and have increased sexual desire. When the blood alcohol content exceeds 40 mg per 100 ml, a person will behave clumsily, speak unclearly, and have a significant decrease in sexual desire. If you drink excessively for a long time, your sex glands may be poisoned, leading to testicular atrophy and loss of sexual desire in men.

3. Negative emotions: Negative emotions refer to bad emotions such as mental depression, worry and sadness. Experts believe that various bad visual and auditory sensations cause people to have negative emotions, which will reduce people's sexual excitement and cause sexual indifference.
