What to do if your toes itch

What to do if your toes itch

Itchy toes are not a strange thing, because many people are troubled by this problem in life, especially if you often cut all your toes without ventilation, this phenomenon is more likely to occur. And if this phenomenon is not relieved, you will have problems such as athlete's foot. Therefore, we should pay attention to the cleanliness of our feet in life. Let's learn how to solve this problem below.

Don't easily ignore the care of your feet. If this problem is not alleviated, it will indeed bring more adverse effects to our lives. So I hope everyone can pay more attention to foot care in daily life, insist on keeping your feet clean and dry, so that it can play a certain preventive effect.

1: Soak in saline solution: Make a saline solution with 2 teaspoons of salt for every 47 ml of warm water. Soak your feet in this mixture for 5-10 minutes at a time. Repeat until the condition improves. The saline solution helps provide an environment that is not suitable for mold growth and reduces excessive sweating.

2: Dry your toes: Keep your feet dry. After bathing and washing your feet, dry each toe carefully and make sure the towel is only used once and has not been used by anyone else.

3: Pay attention to toenails: Toenails are the favorite breeding ground for mold, so clean the nail dirt at least every 2-3 days. When scraping nail dirt, remember to use wooden products such as toothpicks or matchsticks, and do not use metal pieces for scraping nails.

4: Pay attention to foot hygiene: cut raw garlic into small slices and put them in your shoes and wear them for a few days. The garlic will be absorbed into the skin. Wear cotton, moisture-wicking socks. Allow your shoes to air out and change your socks daily.

5: Sprinkle some powder between the toes: After bathing, let your feet air dry for 5 to 10 minutes before putting on shoes and socks. To speed up drying, spread your toes and use a hair dryer to dry them. Then sprinkle some talcum powder. If you are worried about spreading the powder everywhere, you can sprinkle the powder into a plastic bag first, then put your feet into the bag to evenly cover them with the powder.

The above is an introduction to itchy toes. I hope that through these introductions everyone can pay more attention to it in their lives. If you also encounter this problem, you might as well try the methods introduced above. This will effectively solve the phenomenon of Sister Huang’s house to a certain extent.
