What to do if your feet are always peeling

Many people will find that their feet are always peeling for no apparent reason. In fact, this problem is often caused by tinea pedis. As a common foot disease, we cannot ignore it. We should take good care of our feet and use some methods to help ourselves treat it. This will better alleviate the occurrence of this phenomenon. Let's learn how to solve the problem of peeling feet.

First, because in life many people pay attention to their physical health, but do not pay attention to problems in some small parts of the body, so naturally some foot diseases will appear inadvertently. Therefore, I hope everyone should pay more attention to their foot care in life.

Tinea pedis refers to a fungal skin disease that occurs on the soles of the toes. Tinea pedis is also called "damp feet".

The cause of the disease is due to the invasion of the toes by epidermal fresh fungi, trichophyton or trichophyton pedis. Trichophyton rubrum has strong resistance, is difficult to control, and is associated with the Wei Qi and body fluids. It gathers and does not disperse, causing the skin to become dry and moist. Tinea pedis is caused by thick stratum corneum, lack of sebum, abundant sweat glands, excessive sweating and moist feet, which are conducive to the growth and reproduction of fungi. It is also easy to infect each other when using public baths, public slippers, foot basins and towels.
