Oatmeal

Ingredients: oats, milk, a little sugar.

Ingredients: 50g rice, 1 egg yolk, 500g water

Method: Wash the rice, put it into a pot, add water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer until it becomes thick. Put the egg yolks in a bowl, grind them and add them into the porridge pot, cook for a few minutes.

Carrot Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients: carrots, onions, salt, eggs or duck eggs.

Method: Shred the carrot and chop the green onion; add a little salt to the eggs and beat them well; put a little more oil in the pan, add the shredded carrot and stir-fry gently, the oil in the pan will turn carrot color. Take out the carrots, drain half of the oil and leave the other half in the pan. Add the egg liquid. As soon as the eggs start to take shape, add the shredded carrots and stir-fry.
