2. Carrot Rice Porridge : 100 grams of rice, 50 grams of carrots. Add carrots after the rice is cooked into porridge. Eat it after it is cooked through. It has the effect of strengthening the spleen and warming the stomach.

3. Glutinous rice and wheat porridge : 50 grams of glutinous rice, 60 grams of wheat kernels. Add appropriate amount of sugar after cooking into porridge, season and drink. It has the effect of strengthening the spleen and replenishing the qi.

After going to bed every day, rub your hands together to warm them up, then place the hot palms (Laogong acupoint) on your stomach and navel. Wait until the heat subsides slightly, then massage in a clockwise direction for 30 to 40 times.
