The spine is the golden key to unlock the body's self-healing power

Our spine is composed of seven cervical vertebrae, twelve thoracic vertebrae, five lumbar vertebrae, one sacral vertebra and coccygeal vertebra. In fact, it is the golden key to our body's self-healing ability.

The spine is filled with bundles of nerves that are closely connected to various organs and tissues. These nerves act as a bridge of communication between the brain and various parts of the body, responsible for transmitting commands from the brain and sending signals from various parts of the body back to the brain. The speed and accuracy of transmitting information can be said to be unmatched by any high-tech, but this can only be done smoothly and successfully when our spine is completely healthy. Once the spine is bent and misaligned, it will compress the nerves and cause the information transmission between the brain and various parts of the body to be blocked, thereby reducing the function of various parts or causing lesions. This shows the importance of the spine to the normal functioning of the human body.

(1) If the cervical spine is damaged or affected, some parts or organs may develop diseases:

First cervical vertebrae: mainly related to the head, ears, nose, throat, face, etc. If an obstruction occurs, the patient is prone to symptoms such as headache, insomnia, decreased vision, memory loss, dizziness, high blood pressure and facial paralysis.

Second cervical vertebrae: mainly related to ears, nose, throat, tongue, vocal cords, mouth, etc. If an obstruction occurs, one is prone to dizziness, migraine, tinnitus, chest tightness, tonsillitis, mumps, sinusitis, allergies, and aphonia.

The third cervical vertebrae segment: mainly related to the pharynx, cheek, shoulder, diaphragm, etc. If an obstruction occurs, it is easy to suffer from pharyngitis, foreign body sensation in the throat, toothache, neck and shoulder pain, difficulty breathing, hyperthyroidism and other symptoms.

Fourth cervical segment: mainly related to neck muscles, pharynx, arms, etc. If an obstruction occurs, one is prone to shoulder pain, toothache, trigeminal neuralgia, hyperthyroidism, chest tightness, hiccups, etc.

(2) If the thoracic spine is damaged, some related parts or organs may suffer from the following diseases:

The first thoracic vertebral segment: mainly related to the heart, trachea, esophagus, forearm, etc. If an obstruction occurs, the patient is prone to symptoms such as panic, heart palpitations, bronchitis, asthma, cough, difficulty breathing, pain in the upper left chest, wrist pain, and pain in the back of the arm.

Second thoracic vertebra segment: mainly related to the heart, trachea, esophagus, shoulders and arms, etc. If an obstruction occurs, it is easy to suffer from esophagitis, chest pain, asthma, cough, abnormal blood pressure, arrhythmia, numbness and pain in the shoulders and arms, and numbness in the hands.

The third thoracic vertebrae segment: mainly related to the lungs, bronchi, esophagus, heart, chest cavity, etc. If an obstruction occurs, one is prone to asthma, cough, bronchitis, pneumonia, esophagitis, pleurisy, heart disease, chest tightness, chest pain, etc.

Fourth thoracic vertebra segment: mainly related to the lungs, bronchi, gall bladder, chest and ribs, etc. If an obstruction occurs, the patient is prone to pneumonia, asthma, jaundice, pleurisy, breast pain, intercostal pain, etc.

Fifth thoracic vertebra segment: mainly related to the liver, gallbladder, spleen, stomach, chest wall, etc. If an obstruction occurs, the patient is prone to hepatitis, cholecystitis, splenomegaly, hypotension, gastritis, breast pain, chest wall pain, etc.

Sixth thoracic vertebra segment: mainly related to the pancreas, stomach, gallbladder, chest and back, etc. If an obstruction occurs, the patient is prone to symptoms such as liver pain, stomach pain, cholelithiasis, upper abdominal distension and pain, intercostal pain, loss of appetite, chest and back pain, etc.

Seventh thoracic vertebra segment: mainly related to the liver, gallbladder, pancreas, duodenum, etc. If there is a disorder, it is easy to suffer from liver pain, cholelithiasis, gastric ulcer, type 2 diabetes, duodenitis, tonsillitis, etc.

The eighth thoracic vertebra: low immune function, liver and gallbladder disease, diabetes, vomiting, frequent urination

Ninth thoracic vertebra: renal dysfunction, turbid urine, urinary incontinence, allergies, cold hands and feet, epilepsy
