Testicle height is different

Testicle height is different

The testicles can be said to be the second most concerned part of the male body, because the main function of the testicles is to store experience, so the health of the testicles is closely related to male fertility. However, the testicles are mainly located under the male penis, so it is difficult to directly observe the existence of the testicles in daily life. At the same time, some men find that their testicles are uneven. Is this a normal condition?

I don't know whether this friend's testicles have become one larger than the other recently or he just didn't notice it before. Generally speaking, it's difficult for every male's testicles to be strictly the same size. One side may be larger than the other, and sometimes one side may droop a little. There may be some diseases related to this, such as varicocele, which not everyone has. Generally speaking, it is normal!

About the testicles: The testicles are located at the lower end of the spermatic cord, wrapped in the scrotum, one on each side, and are slightly flattened oval bodies. Generally, the right side is about 1 cm higher than the left side, slightly larger than the left side, and has a harder texture. Generally speaking, the ratio of testicle to body weight is 0.076%, and the size of the testicle depends on the difference in the length and number of the seminiferous tubules.

It is also reported that a survey of healthy men aged 23 to 45 with a normal reproductive history in my country showed that the average length, width and thickness of the left testicle were 3.0, 2.5 and 2.1 (cm), respectively. The average length, width and thickness of the right testicle are 4.0, 2.4 and 2.2 (cm) respectively, and each testicle weighs 10-15 grams. Generally, the left side is about 1 cm lower than the right side. Some people have one testicle that is larger than the other, or one that is higher than the other. If the difference is not too big, it is normal. There was no significant difference in the volume of left and right testicles between fertile and infertile men. Since the testicular volume of normal men varies greatly, and the testicular volume on both sides of the same individual also varies to a certain extent, the measured results can only be used as a reference. The judgment of testicular development and fertility should be combined with the results of other examinations for a comprehensive analysis.
