Some people may easily cause intrahepatic hemangioma rupture after drinking, which poses a serious threat to life and deserves attention. So, what are the dietary taboos for intrahepatic hemangioma?

1. Diet therapy

The auxiliary treatment Chinese medicine Houttuynia cordata is cold in nature, sweet and bitter in taste, can clear away heat, promote dampness and detoxify. It can treat lung heat, cough, pharyngitis, jaundice, carbuncle, hemorrhoids, etc. Modern pharmacological research shows that it has sedative, hypnotic, analgesic, anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory effects, and is used for urinary tract infections and various types of inflammation. Boil chicken liver with Houttuynia cordata, although it has a slight fragrance of traditional Chinese medicine, it has the effects of removing blood stasis, soothing the liver, and reducing swelling. It is a summer conditioning soup for hepatitis patients, and is also a suitable auxiliary treatment soup for patients with liver cancer and benign tumors.

Ingredients: 50 grams of Hedyotis diffusa, 250 grams of chicken liver, 100 grams of lean pork, and 3 slices of ginger. Preparation: Wash and soak the Houttuynia cordata; wash and cut the chicken liver and lean pork into pieces, put them into a clay pot with ginger, add 2000 ml (8 bowls) of water, boil over high heat, then simmer for 2.5 hours on low heat, add salt, and serve for 2-3 people.

2. Prevention

According to experts, bamboo shoots have been regarded as a delicacy in my country since ancient times. They are rich in protein, amino acids, fat, carbohydrates, calcium, phosphorus, iron, carotene, and vitamins B1, B2, and C. Therefore, for liver cancer patients, they can often eat bamboo shoots, lettuce and asparagus in three meals a day, because these three foods have obvious effects in protecting the liver and preventing cancer, and have the effects of eliminating phlegm, diuresis and detoxification, and helping to excrete waste from feces.

1. Bamboo shoots: laxative and detoxification

There are many benefits of bamboo shoots. Escherichia coli in the intestines can synthesize bamboo shoot cellulose into vitamins needed by the human body. It can also synthesize complex waste products that cannot be absorbed with bile acid, a product of cholesterol metabolites in the intestines, and excrete them out of the body.

The recommended dietary therapy method of bamboo shoots is to use 60 grams each of oyster mushroom and hericium erinaceus, 200 grams each of lean pork or black chicken, and 600 grams of bamboo shoots cut into slices. Fry them with vegetable oil or stew them over low heat. Regular consumption can prevent digestive tract tumors and liver cancer. However, people with severe gastric bleeding and esophageal varices should eat bamboo shoots with caution.

2. Lettuce: Increase appetite and prevent anemia

Lettuce leaves are rich in calcium, carotene and vitamin C, and citrus aurantium can promote the secretion of gastric juice, digestive enzymes and bile, which helps increase the appetite of hepatitis B and C virus carriers and patients with chronic liver disease. People with cirrhosis and anemia often eat lettuce, which can promote the secretion of organic acids and enzymes, increase iron absorption, help platelets increase and recover, and prevent the disease from worsening.

3. Asparagus: Reduces fatigue

The nucleic acids, folic acid, glutathione, choline, arginine, mannan, peptidase rutin, etc. contained in asparagus can effectively inhibit the growth of cancer cells. Asparagus can also be used as a nutritional supplement for liver cancer patients in diet therapy to relieve fatigue and increase appetite.
