If you have bad breath due to spleen and stomach deficiency and coldness, you can press the Daling point. This will have a better effect.

In daily life, if people often have symptoms of bad breath, it is mostly related to spleen and stomach deficiency and coldness. By pressing the Daling point, it can be relieved. The following article will introduce the specific operation methods to everyone.

If you have bad breath caused by spleen and stomach deficiency and coldness, you can press Daling acupoint:

Daling point is the earth-transmitting point of the pericardium meridian and a sub-point of this meridian. According to the principle of TCM "to drain the son of the excess", Daling can drain the heart fire; in addition, the pericardium meridian also "traverses the three burners", and Daling point is of the earth element in nature. Daling can also drain the heat of the spleen and stomach, and treat bad breath caused by the fire of the heart and spleen. In clinical practice, it is often used in combination with Shuai Gou acupoint (Ren Zhong acupoint) for better results. Just as it is said in "Song of the Jade Dragon": "Bad breath is the most hateful disease, which causes all the trouble. Acupuncture the Daling point and the Ren Zhong point will drain the coolness from the heart and calm the mind."

Clinically, Daling point can also treat cramped pain in the arms and hands. Because Daling point is located in the depression between the two tendons at the back of the palm, its course is consistent with the position of the palmaris longus tendon and the deep and superficial flexor muscles (tendons) of the forearm. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that meridians are formed by their unique "gathering and dispersing" distribution, running through the limbs and torso, and constituting the muscle system in the meridian system. Meridians and tendons can be divided into hard and soft, yin and yang. Soft meridians are yin and are mostly distributed on the inner sides of the limbs. Hard tendons are strong and powerful, while soft tendons are slender, soft and gentle. Under normal circumstances, the combination of hardness and flexibility maintains the antagonistic movement of flexion and extension of the human body. If the Yin-Yang hardness and softness of the tendons are out of balance, then "the Yin will be so tight that it will bend over and cannot stretch out." Stimulating the Daling point can unblock the heart qi, allowing the heart yang to warm the body, the body's yin and yang, qi and blood to be replenished, and the tendons and bones to be nourished, thereby restoring the body's normal motor function and curing spasms and pain.

Pressing method:

1. Acupoint selection method

Daling point is located at the junction of the palm and arm. When the wrist is bent, horizontal lines will appear on the wrist. The midpoint of the second complete horizontal line, between the two tendons, is this point.

2. Operation method

First, use the tip of your left thumb to press the Daling point on your right hand, apply vertical force, press downward, press and rub it, then flex and extend the right wrist joint to allow the stimulation to fully reach the deep layer of the muscle tissue, producing sensations such as soreness, numbness, swelling, pain, heat and moving. The intensity should be within the patient's tolerance. Continue for 20 to 30 seconds, then gradually relax and gently massage the area, and repeat this process. Alternate between the left and right hands, press the acupoints on each side for 5 to 10 minutes each time, 1 to 2 times a day.
