What is the pelvic alignment test?

The correct position of the pelvis is quite important. Once the pelvis is misaligned, it often leads to many diseases. When the pelvis is misaligned, it should be corrected in time. From a female perspective, the pelvis is an important part of protecting the female reproductive system. Once it is misaligned, it can easily affect the normal development of the fetus and even cause congenital maldevelopment of the fetus.

What is the pelvic alignment test?

The pelvis is an important part that protects women's ovaries, uterus, bladder, etc. Once it is dislocated and tilted, it can easily affect the growth and development of the fetus and metabolic problems, leading to congenital malformations or deformities of the fetus. The pelvis is the foundation (basement) of the human spine. If the pelvis is tilted (misaligned), the spine of the whole body will easily become unbalanced. Low back and leg pain, sciatica, lumbar disc herniation, gluteal or leg muscle atrophy, scoliosis, chest pain, uneven shoulders, and various cervical spondylosis are all related to pelvic tilt. Pelvic tilt can also cause pain, numbness and coldness in the heels, bladder and urinary problems, coccyx pain, dysmenorrhea, irregular menstruation, infertility, dystocia, uterine fibroids, and many gynecological and inflammatory problems.

Pelvic foot disease detection method

The easiest way to identify pelvic dislocation is: 1. When the body lies prone and relaxed, the "long and short legs" can be clearly seen. 2. When the human body lies flat on its back and relaxes, the angle of the two soles of the feet can be seen (60 degrees is the standard). 3. When the human body stands, uneven shoulders can be found. 4. When a person stands, one side of the trouser leg is higher than the other.

5. Touch both sides of your waist to see if one side is fatter than the other. 6. Lie on your back on the bed and check whether the tilt angles of your left and right ankles are inconsistent. 7. Look in the mirror below your waist to see if there is any asymmetry between the two sides, such as whether the leg joints are protruding or whether the buttocks are the same size. 8. Check the waist and hip curves from the side to see if they are too large (the hips appear particularly raised from the side, and the back of the waist appears to be particularly curved).
